End User License Agreement (EULA) for iOS Subscription Service

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("End User") and Facile Media ("Licensor") for the use of Camperstop-App ("Application") and any related services offered by the Licensor. By using the Application or any related services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Subscription Service
The Application provides a subscription service (the "Subscription Service") that allows End Users to access premium content and features within the Application. End Users may purchase a subscription to the Subscription Service through the Apple App Store, and must agree to Apple's own terms and conditions regarding in-app purchases.

2. Subscription Period and Automatic Renewal
The Subscription Service is offered on a yearly basis. Unless the End User cancels their subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and price as the previous subscription period. The End User will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

3. Pricing and Payments
The pricing for the Subscription Service is displayed in the Application and is subject to change at any time. End Users will be charged the then-current price for the Subscription Service at the time of purchase. All payments for the Subscription Service are processed through the Apple App Store, and are subject to Apple's own terms and conditions regarding in-app purchases.

4. License Grant
Subject to End User's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants End User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Subscription Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Restrictions
End User shall not, and shall not permit others to, directly or indirectly: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Subscription Service; (b) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Subscription Service; (c) rent, lease, distribute, sell, resell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the Subscription Service; (d) use the Subscription Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (e) use the Subscription Service to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Subscription Service or servers or networks connected to the Subscription Service; or (g) use the Subscription Service for any commercial purpose.

6. Privacy Policy
Licensor's use of End User's personal information is governed by its privacy policy, which is available on its website.

7. Termination
Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, End User shall cease all use of the Subscription Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Subscription Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification
End User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Licensor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs), arising from or in any way related to End User's use of the Subscription Service, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any rights of any other person
