Click on "Sign up/Login" in the upper right corner, then on "Create a new account", type your e-mail address and then on the red button "REGISTER". You will see an entry screen, fill in your details as completely as possible. Then click on 'REGISTER'.

Next to the red 'LOG IN' button you can click on 'Forgot your password?'  You will now see a new screen where you have to fill in the e-mail address with which you have an account. Then click on 'Submit'. You will now receive an e-mail with further instructions. Attention; This e-mail may end up in the SPAM-folder.

After registration you can use all functionalities of Camperstop.com for free. Available functionalities are:
CamperstopAdvisor: The digital motorhome guide with detailed information about camperstops and extensive filter possibilities.
Trip Planner: Compile your own motorhome route and see which camperstops are on short distance of your route.
My Camperstop: Manage your saved trips, favourite camperstops, create your own travel guide, download files, etc.
Sync with Camperstop-App: Sync all your favorites and reviews so you can switch effortlessly between the Camperstop-App & Camperstop.com.
Free travel inspiration & itineraries: After signing up, we will keep you informed, completely free of charge, about the latest motorhome news, travel inspiration and we will share special motorhome routes with you. Unsubscribing for such information is of course possible at all times.

After an account has been created, you should receive an email confirmation. It is possible that it ended up in the SPAM folder. Didn't you receive a confirmation email? Then please contact us via info@camperstop.com.

Logging in is very easy, you do this by clicking on 'Sign up/Login' in the upper right corner. Fill in your e-mail address & password and click on log in.

Yes, that is certainly possible! Camperstop.com is available for all European motorhome owners and offers all its functionalities in 5 languages (Dutch, English, French, German and Italian).

It is possible to delete the entire account, however, nothing happens to the account if you do not use it yourself. To do so, please send an email to info@camperstop.com. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is also possible, using the 'unsubscribe'-link under every newsletter.

An account at Camperstop.com is a personal account and cannot be shared with multiple people.

If you try to download a dataset or travel guide via 'My Camperstop account' and nothing happens, it is almost certain that your browser is blocking the pop-up.  By allowing the pop-ups you can download the data.

At the top of the menu bar, under 'Motorhome Stopovers', you will find the menu item 'CamperstopAdvisor'. When you click on it, the map of Europe will appear on the screen. Click on 'Search' in the blue bar above the map. A search field will appear, search for a specific city or country/region. By clicking on Type of Camperstop, service facilities & underground you can refine your search.

Click on the blue pin icons to view information about the camperstop. Click on the name of the camperstop to get to the specific details page, where you will find detailed information about the camperstop.

At the top of the menu bar, under "Motorhome stopovers", you will find the menu item "Trip Planner". If you click on this, a large map of Europe will appear. Above the map, click on 'Plan Trip'. Now fill in the desired destination of your trip. Now choose your desired starting point. The quickest route will now be shown and you will automatically see the available camperstops within a radius of 5, 10, 25 or 50 KM (see filter options).

The most important information of the camperstops can be viewed by clicking on the respective pin-icon. Would you like to see detailed information and reviews of other motorhomers? Then you have to click on the name of the camperstop. Does it meet your wishes? Then you can add it to your trip by clicking on ADD TO TRIP.

All saved trips can be viewed by clicking on 'My trips' within the 'Trip Planner'. Then click on the desired trip and it will automatically appear on the screen.

After logging in, click on 'My Camperstop account' and then on 'Library'. Here you will find the tab "My Trips".

You can save a camperstop in your favourites folder by clicking 'add to favourites' on the detail page of the camperstop, on the right side of the google map. Your favourite camper stops are listed in 'My Camperstop account'.

Several times a year you will receive an e-mail in which we ask you to pass on possible changes. However, we advise you to do this on your own initiative whenever possible.

Sharing experiences of the camperstops you have visited is of great value. The vast majority of motorhome owners select camperstops partly on the basis of the experiences of others. Are you one of them? Do your bit and share your experiences!

You can add a rating/review by clicking on 'write a review' at the relevant camperstop, then follow the instructions on the relevant page.

Reviews and ratings are not placed immediately, but as soon as possible. These are checked by an employee of Camperstop.com beforehand if they are placed according to the terms of use, for example; SPAM or inappropriate language. Of course, negative reviews are also published, these are often just as useful as positive reviews.

The changes will be checked by a Camperstop.com employee before they are added to the database. This way we guarantee the quality of the information we publish.
