Good stop for visiting the city. 3 km approximately. close to storage tanks. Train track nearby. Not much traffic

Great stop, free and handy for beach and cafes, shops etc.
Right by a truck entrance to ferry port so VERY loud at night. Lots of room and by a man made beach (average at best). I’d go for the water facilities and beach then go across town to the other place for a quiet night sleep!
