Very nice quiet motorhome along the Moselle. Pitches under the trees are blissful in warm weather, all amenities are available. Highly recommended!!

Very nice motorhome, quietly situated on the Moselle. In the morning a baker comes by and you can buy water, charcuterie and wine from the collector (8 euros per night and 2 euros for electricity).

This is really a prime location in the Eifel Mountains. Located next to the Moselle in a valley lies a large lawn in the middle of the vineyards. It is fantastic to plunge into the fresh grass with your bare feet in the morning and enjoy the view. Collectant arrives around 8 a.m. in the morning. Fixed price for electricity, not with coins and a meter. Very quiet location, the only sound you hear are the birds and occasionally a Moselle canal boat passes by at a leisurely pace. 10 km by bike to the beautiful and touristic town of Bernkastel. Very good cycling roads to Bernkastel, of which a few kilometers on a bicycle lane along the vineyards up the hills next to one. large road that actually has very little traffic. It is therefore relatively safe to cycle with your children to Bernkastel, because the rest of the distance goes through the vineyards and along nicely paved cycle paths next to the Moselle. There is no sanitary at the camper stop. Every day around 8 a.m. on the weekend and 9 a.m. on weekdays, a moving bakery arrives at the camper stop. He drives over the camper stop with his music on and then parking so that everyone can come and buy fresh bread and cookies. Such a luxury! We have been here in the high season and there were about 20-25 mobile homes. Free to stand where you want. The road to the camper stop was closed about 1.5 km before arrival, but was accessible (sign excluding mobile homes). Was a little zigging and sawing among the vineyards, but still touched. Follow the signs! Highly recommended this camper stop! For those who think 10 km of cycling is too far, because you also have to go back, there is a paved parking for mobile homes when you enter Bernkastel.
