Great little site
Lovely site - clean and tidy and feels very safe. 12 Euros a night. You can access waste points and water outside of the site. You will need €1 coins to operate the water machine. No problem with the water flow reported by other users. Nice gentle walk into Ypres - around 30 mins.
always a great place to stop, now 12 euros a night
Quiet motorhome and 10 minutes by bike from Ypres. Which is worth going.

Nice camper place, easy in and out. First step out of the RV straight into the dogshit. Not that pleasant. Wanted another place. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful city too.

Calm spot. At first they had no place, but after a phone call to the owner, we helped further at 300 m from where there was still room for three.

Beautiful natural domain with very well-maintained motorhome. All necessary facilities for an affordable price. We will definitely come back here.

Nice quiet location within cycling distance (about 2 km) from Ypres! Well-kept motorhome at a beautiful lake

I have stopped here many times and have to say it’s a noisy place. There’s a busy road nearby, seams to get worse on a night. A Trainline and crossing too. And it’s a busy Aire so there’s always van noise. It’s a long walk into town, or to the supermarket. So you’re really away from everything.. Much easier if you have bikes, there’s a good vehicle free cycling route into town. The town itself is well worth a visit, and there lots to see in the area.

Congratulations Ypres, this is an example of how a Camper parking should be. Simply perfect and affordable. A camper owner doesn't want anything more. If there is a need for a toilet, shower or sink, one has to go to a campsite. This is a perfect example of how to do it ....

Very nice place for a short stay, 48h max. By a small lake and not far from a wetland wildlife area. A long stretch of the legs to walk into Ieper centre but easily doable. The site is mostly quiet and restful. Remember to do waste water dump and fresh water fill up before parking as facilities are outside of the barrier. Only limited shopping nearby, so stock up before you arrive.
Also our first ever camperstop. Got here at 11am but quickly filled up. Needed to have a 2-pin adapter which we didn't have so had to buy travel plug adapter from Delva shop to use with our UK square pin adapter. Great location by wheat field and CWGC cemetery. Ypres is a lovely town.
Good site for visiting Ypres, less than 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes walk. Very reasonable cost as fee includes hook-up, very pleasant rural location and safe. Slight downside is that pitches are very close and if full you've not much more space than you'd have on a car park. Note that you need a bank card to pay, cash not accepted. Would definetly use again if visiting Ypres.
Our first Camperstop - January. Stayed with about 7 other vans but it was really quiet. LOVELY walk into Ypres, where we spent several hours enjoying seeing all the interesting buildings, walking the ramparts and hearing the Last Post. Lovely morning walk round the Lake and a visit to the cementry - well worth the stroll.
Great purpose built site, level dry, electric included with fee, next to large lake, and easy walk to the Menin Gate, allow around 35 minutes, must pay by card, max 2 nights....If full vans also park beside the lake...
Great position next to Citadel with 5 dedicated sites but plenty of room for more in large open car park. Clean toilets and electric/water from one point with chemical waste disposal.
Very well maintained, beautiful and well located motorhome. Ypres can even be done on foot. Only downside is the railroad nearby. Still gives noise.
