After our motorhome trip through France, it's time to cross the Spanish border. Near the Spanish border, we make a stop in Roses. This town is located in the north of the Costa Brava. This used to be a real fishing village. In many restaurants you can still eat delicious fish. This is freshly caught every morning from the port of Roses. In the center you will find nice souvenir shops and eateries. The beach of Roses is a real attraction for tourists. It is less than 4 kilometers long! When in Roses, we recommend you also take a look at the Citadel. This is a military fortress with finds from the Greek, Roman and Visigothic settlements. After about 2 hours driving with the motorhome, you reach the fifth stop! You will do this in Platja d'Aro. In this lively seaside resort on the Costa Brava, sun, sea and beach are central.
