The blossom route with the motorhome!

Take a walk along the famous Appeldijk, this is a must-do for the ones who adore blossom trees. Here, you'll find many restaurants where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a piece of delicous apple pie. You can also rent bikes a little further down the road in Tricht, at Fruit Farm de Hoenderik. Cycle through the gorgeous orchards and enjoy the amazing view.

It is a sunny afternoon, time for a walk along the blossoming trees! Park your motorhome at Camping Grensheuvel Natuurlijk Limburg and explore this amazing area. In Limburg, you'll find many tall-stemmed orchards, which are perfect for a walk.

The walking route Eijsden-Margraten E5 starts in Mesch with a small incline, and it leads you along many blossoming orchards. The blossom route also partly runs through the Belgian Voer region. Here, you'll find hills, cosy villages and even more blossom. Not far from the route is the Mesch viewpoint. From here, you can enjoy stunning views over the hills that are covered in flowers! Do you need a small pit-stop during your walk? At Café 't Piepke, in Mesch, you can enjoy a small bite and drink!

A lot of fruit farms and wine estates of Sint-Truiden open their doors in April, giving guided tours of their fruit farms and vineyards. They tell you more about the farm and let you taste their local products among the beautiful blossoms! Would you like to admire the landscape full of blossoms with a guide? Then be sure to book a ride on the blossom bus, and drive with the guide through the flower-filled landscape of Haspengouw.

If you prefer more adventure, the magical twilight walks in the illuminated orchards of Sint-Truiden are highly recommended! Walk from the motorhome stopover Domein Terbiest in Sint-Truiden to the fruit farms and vineyards and admire the beautiful white and pink blossoms!

Every year, the town council organises a blossom terrace together with Fruit Company Peeters, where you can enjoy a snack and refreshing drink on the terrace among the beautiful trees. The blossom terrace will take place on 16 April from 8.30am to 5pm.

In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the orchard while enjoying live music. From 11:00, the terrace opens and you can enjoy ice cream, fries and local honey.
